Title: Educational Programming
Plot
Mr. Dime receives word that he could make more money, provided he produce an educational program. So, he transforms WTYO into an educational show called “Rumpus Room”, starring “Miss Christine” and Kevin Somers as the “Don’t Bee”. Unfortunately, once the show is made, Mr. Dime finds out that not only will he not receive the grant, but that he will be sued.
Trivia
- There are at least two references to Monty Python’s Flying Circus in this episode-not only does the Don’t Bee enter several sketches shouting “NOBODY expects the Don’t Bee!” (much as the Spanish Inquisition would enter a sketch on Monty Python), but Ross quotes the famous “Lumberjack Song” during one sketch.
