Plot
Kevin Somers contacts Daphne Dogooder, a social worker, to help him increase the kids’ salary. Agreeing that Mr. Dime is indeed exploiting the kids, Daphne manages to get their wages increased. However, Daphne’s case falls apart when Mr. Dime reveals a certificate that claims he has the legal right to exploit the kids.
